Centurisk — Riskstar
Led Riskstar platform improvements: maintained bi‑weekly sprint cadence (56+ releases), drove database/index optimizations that yielded 75–95% query improvements and large I/O reductions, and delivered security, reporting, and policy‑module enhancements across multiple customer implementations (anonymized where required).
HCL / Ascension — Senior Support
Built testing pipelines, automated remediation scripts, and performed large-scale out-of-band/zero-day patching on counts up to 20,000 servers while coordinating cross-functional teams and onboarding newly acquired sites.
Ascension — Patching & Vulnerability
Led patching strategy and a team supporting multiple sites; drove compliance from below 50% to above 90%, patched 12,000+ servers, and upgraded 8,000+ servers across complex, regulated systems.
TekSystems — Server Tooling
Developed a web-based server tracking tool and automated discovery scripts to catalogue and manage over 12,000 servers; used this data to prioritize work and improve operational visibility.
TTI — Systems Administration
Built automation for server provisioning and cleanup, participated in global Citrix and Exchange operations, and led incident response and forensic investigations for enterprise environments.
